  • Payment transactions at Himalayan Salt Direct are operated by Paypal. It is a safe and secure payment gateway. 

  • We never store your debit/credit card details. 

 

  • Sale of Business: - Himalayan Salt Direct is an independent business today. In case of any partnership or tie-up with another business in the future, customer’s details might be shared to that party. 

  • Third Parties: - Your details won’t be shared to the third party or business except the shipping agency. 

 

  • Transactions: -We accept payment via PayPal. It is a secure and reliable gateway for both customers and merchants. It features 128-bit SSL certification that guarantees keen transaction. Also, PayPal keeps your card details hidden from third parties. 

  • External Links: - You might see links to external sites at our website. It is your choice whether to click it or not. We have no authority to external sites; you will be responsible to manage your privacy and protection. 

  • Cookies: - Cookies are small files stored in the client’s device. We ask our visitors to authorise permission to store cookies on their devices. It helps us in tracking customer’s web history to analyse interest based on their activities. It helps to enhance your experience at our site.

  • Social Media policy: - Social media sites like Facebook allows businesses to invite their subscriber for liking their pages uploading a CSV file. We may use this feature in the future.

  • The content displayed on the website is the property of Himalayan Salt Direct. We reserve the right to make changes to the products description, MOQ, prices, terms and conditions and web content whenever required. 

  • Any re-use of our content for commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. 

  • Customers need to make payment first to get their orders accepted. There is no credit option to customers.

  • We deliver goods in the UK region only. Customer will need to bear extra charges for shipping out of the UK. 

  • Customers should provide accurate shipping details along with additional contact details. In case, the address found incorrect then Himalayan Salt Direct will not bear the re-delivery charges. Customers will incur the inconvenience charges. 

  • All Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse based in the Greenford. 

  • The shipping duration varies from 48 hours to 7-10 days based on the customer’s location. In case the item not received within 10 days then contact the support team and update them.

  • We do not accept returns on non-damaged products.

  • If you received any faulty or damaged item, then you should make a complaint to our team within a week. If possible send us an image/video. Our team will audit your complaint and make refund. 

  • Generic Products listed on Himalayan Salt Direct bears no warranty/Guarantee. Branded product’s guarantee/warranty depends on the brand’s offering. 

  • We accept payments from PayPal. It is a secure payment gateway for online transactions. 

  • Customers will need to pay VAT on every purchase.

  • We are not responsible for the transaction error. We will process the order only when we receive the fee. 

  • We adopted first come first served policy for all orders. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders anytime if they found suspicious or fraudulent. 

  • Himalayan Salt Direct is not responsible for any kind of product/pricing error because of human error or software fault. 

  •  There is no room for returns to the unpacked products. 

  • We deduct 10% of the product (Good condition) cost on returns. 

  • We accept payment in GBP. 

  • Order delivery is a subject to stock availability.

  • We sell goods from Monday to Friday and dispatch products between 10 AM to 8 PM (UK time). Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays may affect the delivery of goods.
